Therefore, Svetlana Bespalova bears responsibility for the current state of education in the so-called “Republic of Crimea” and plays an important role in the indoctrination and in the russification of Ukrainian minors and in the militarisation of education in Crimea. Moreover, the Ministry of Education implements the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, which aims to promote Russian patriotic education.
