The Monte Biance, while under the ownership of Levant Fleet, made a call at the occupied grain port of Komysh-Burun as recently as August 2025 and continues to carry false flags and practice irregular and high-risk shipping practices. The systematic plunder of Ukrainian grain on Russian-occupied territories is a Russian state policy to strip Ukraine of essential agricultural produce and income.
